Lithium Ion Capacitors, with technology that pre-dopes the negative electrode with Lithium Ions in advance it is possible to use a high voltage of 3.8V. Also, the heavy metals which are a cause of environmental pollution are not included in the construction of these capacitors, making them very environmentally friendly and RoHS compliant.
